A: On March 11th, a series of terrorist blasts rocked Madrid, capital of Spain, causing great casualties, and shocking the whole world. Premier Wen Jiabao and Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing of the Chinese Government have sent telegraphs of condolences to their counterparts Spanish Prime Minister Aznar and Foreign Minister Palacio respectively, strongly condemning the terrorist attacks and expressing their sincere condolences to the families of the victims. The Chinese Government is opposed to terrorism in all forms and ready to join efforts of the international community to eliminate terrorism.
