"Document Applications" Is Required to Be Marked on Envelope

Applicants to apply for authentication, passport renewal by mail are required to mark Document Application clearly on the envelope and designate Passport and Visa Office as the addressee. Mail that fails to meet these requirements will be returned immediately.
